Sunhae Im sings Agostino Steffani with the FBO

On the evening of May 10, 2015 Sunhae Im sang excerpts from Agostino Steffani's opera " Le rivali concordi " ('The reconciled lovers') together with the soloists Miriam Feuersinger (soprano), David Hansen (alto) and Knut Schoch (tenor) and the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra under the direction of Torsten Johann at Mozart Hall in Stuttgart. Already Cecilia Bartoli has recorded parts of the opera three years ago on the spectacular concept album "Mission". An Italian opera with French overtones from the pen of a composer who influenced even Handel and Bach.

The new CD with Sunhae Im's first solo recital will be released on 13th of March 2015 by harmonia mundi. The album, recorded with the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, includes four cantatas dealing with the myth of Orpheus. Please click HERE for further information.
